SKEOULOID is a cyborg with an armature from a scrapped fire hydrant android project conducted by a local fire station. As a human, she was a reserved, affable human idol. However, upon becoming a cyborg, their personality split into two halves: an irascible human side and a spasmodic android side. The peeved and sometimes violent human side is the most prominent, with the android side only appearing in frenzied episodes of bubbliness at random intervals.

By default, SKEOULOID appears apathetic or disgusted by their daily life and interactions, but they are loyal and protective to their close companions. She speaks in a low voice, but when under the influence of her android side, her voice shoots up to the higher range. When stressed, the outlet on SKEOULOID's back may pop open and release a high-pressure stream of water. Though SKEOULOID is quite strong, she is still prone to falling over due to the weight of her outlet cap.

SKEOULOID's first Arabic voicebank, arSKEOULOID, was recorded using an early version of the VCVAraby+ reclist by skeou. The voicebank and reclist includes additional samples for cross-compatibility with Hebrew.
